Hi Everyone,

Pick up my 2007, 1.6hdi. Desire on Tuesday!

I had a purgieot partner up until last year but had to change it as I could never get the spelling right...

Truth is even dafter but leave that for another day.

I was really impressed with the 'extra's' in the desire and so am looking forward to getting back in the 'raised' driving position with the added bonus of clear blue skies above.....once this official drought period is over!

Have read through a couple of the threads already on the site and it's all very helpful and informative....and hope to be able to make a contribution in the future...once i get my purlingu.

By interesting coincidence, we got a 2007 1.6 HDi Desire last year. We are really pleased with it, and hope you are as happy with yours.

Yup. Love the clear blue skies above (see avatar!) Not so convinced about the other extras - I'd rather have more glass above, and fewer overhead storage boxes, and I am not impressed by the armrests or the shopping trolley (modubox). Front foglights, however, are good.
