I keep an eye on Spoticar and the usual other online market places for a suitable upgrade.
My current K9 is January 2019 with 45k miles I've had it 18mons and I'd like to upgrade to a newer/lower mileage K9 and hold onto it.
I'm looking for a 2020-22 low mileage diesel manual car with Flair trim. I'd like to be able to find one with auto A/C and the factory roof rails.
What I'm finding however are lots of Flair XTR's (I'm carrying bikes so I don't want the storage), and I only seem to see the auto A/C on the Flair XTRs, many of the the non-XTR Flairs don't have the factory roof rails after 2019, and a lot of the cars for sale are XL longer variant.
I'm in no rush so will just keep on looking
Anyone else in the market and noticing these trends?
Matt

You should be able to pick up some roof rails and fit them yourself, but understandably, the auto climate control would need to have been a factory option. Self fit rails might just provide you with more vehicle options.

I have a set of B9 roof rails on my K9, not a straight fit - took a bit of fettling but they are OK and you wouldnt know if I hadnt said except the K9 ones use 3 fixing points per rail and the B9 ones use 2

I have a 23 k9 van which I specced with climate , took over a year to get built .
Was worth the wait as it’s far superior to a manual heater which are far from easy to keep a stable temperature.
Good luck with your quest!

Update
My 23 driver is being replaced in the next few days by a MY23 Driver edition, 130 XL Eat8 . Sadly it’s got a standard heater/aircon system…
I just know I’m going to be disappointed but will report back in due course.
Btw MY24 XL 130 eat8 is already ordered and due may/June .

I find the temp stays stable in my 71 driver, I only have manual temp control and hardly touch it
