Hello Ron, its electric and dec 2004 diesel
the fuse may have blown, the switch failed or the overload tripped on the motor mate. Turn ignition on (dont start engine), put side lights on and get someone to watch to see if lights dim slightly when you try and operate the window. If they do, its jammed mechanically, if not then its not drawing any current...in which case its Prob just a blown fuse tho unless something has snapped or come off of the window control cables inside the door.
Listen with your ear up to the door trim panel while someone operates the window switch to see if it makes any kind of sound at all or is silent and dead.
I had this problem the other day a guide wheel chipped allowing the cables to come off the guides and messed up the cables in the cable winding gearbox had to take the complete mechanism out tape the window firmly up while i stripped it down and re wired it i still have to fix the guide wheel in place and grease it all up. my plan is to put a screw through the guide wheel so the chipped bit never rotates and is used as a slide guide but you need to use the chipped bit to flex the cables back on.
