disable immobilizer

Right here is whats going on,

I changed all the locks on my van and i came to the ignition barrel There is a immobilizer well as this is a new barrel and key. well it wont run

is there any way i can disable it?

Try taping the old ignition key under the steering column next to the switch.

If this doesn't work, it may be that this is ECU related.

Would say if you have fitted a new,imobiliser antenna ring at the barrell you would need to get it linked to the ecu as the system is not a plug and play system.
