i got my van about 18 months ago, never gone wrong,i like it

one thing that amazed me tho was this buisness of the left indicator turning itself on after youve indicated right,i mean in this that hard to get right

my 41 year old beetle manages it

anyway ,like others i got used to flicking it off myself rather than the expense/hassle of a new comms unit

monday was the last straw when a car pulled out on me again cos the chuffin blinker was going

the stalk felt floppy ,like it didnt have the strength to resist being pushed down[on left]

so i pushed a bit of sponge in thereof the right thickedness and its been working perfect for 4 days now ,and it didnt cost anything,enjoy,steve

excuse the tape ,i got fed up with tyring to get to screws in last year

well its been over 3 weeks now and still working pucker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did something similar on a Marina back in the 80s only with a fag packet. It failed the MOT because of it.
