Mind you there are advantages to it being classified as a car. You can go to your local tip when you like which you can't in a van :woop: Of course you now have to persuade the blokes at the tip that you're in a car :brickwall:

Why can't they use a similar definition as the one used here n Norway?
To be classed as a Van, it needs to fulfill these points:
1. Dividing wall behind drivers seat and front passenger seat, that covers the entire opening, with a possible exception of a 5cm gap closest to the bodu.
2. No seats or mounting points for them behind the wall.
3. Must be able to fit an imaginary box 140cm long, 90cm wide and height 105cm. The box can be placed sideways to the direction of travel, but can not be laid on its side. It MUST be possible to remove the box from the car...
For that reason, many of our 'DMV's have a wooden crate with those measurements standing in the test area. Quite a few has run afoul of that last point...

So as there appears to be nobody near me who can put a window in the sliding door of my van. Can anyone tell me whether an estate sliding door will fit onto the belingo van?
Many thanks again
