#1
Hi,

Have read some not so good reviews for this French-based site here in sweden, anyone tested? Are they reliable?

Cheers/

google 'review centre mister-auto' and you'll see some bad reviews. There are a few good ones, but they are mainly bad. They are based in France, so delivery is longer and more expensive than a uk based company if you're in the UK, and they are more difficult to deal with, but I don't know what your choices are in Sweden.

I have always found GSF(German, swedish&French) very good, but I don't know if they send abroad. You will get other recommendations from other members.Good hunting.

Just say 'Non'!!
Their website actually says that they don't have an outlet in the UK (If you read between the lines) .

and their given phone number if you add the '0' is for Bristol.

Holborn, London would be 020 7..... judging from the other companies numbers who trade from Lincoln House.

http://www.mister-auto.co.uk/en/who-are-we.html

The two five star reviews (which both mention the other one star reviews) probably originate from their London office.

The fourth floor of Lincoln House also accommodates at least six other companies. Four French companies also have
offices in Lincoln House including the French Tourist Board! Strangely I cant find Mister-Auto listed among the companies.

Anyone in the area care to take a look?

Personally I wouldn't buy a bottle of Perrier water from them!!

Thanks for the tips, I will order most of the needed parts at eurocarparts, but I will gamble and order rear dampers from mr auto due to the lack of dampers for my berlingo at the sites recommended. I will come back regarding support and delivery from mr auto.

Hi all,

Resurrected this message which I found by chance. I have used mister-auto.es a couple of times and have experienced no problems at all. In fact the service was excellent. Last order was for a set of Bosch wiper blades and various filters. Advertised price was well under 50% discount over local purchase price. Delivered, well packaged, within four days! Anyone who has experienced delivery times in Spain will be having their jaw dislocated as it drops to the floor! I can't comment on the U.K. operation but anyone living here should consider them. I'm currently ordering a set of front brake pads, oil filter, diesel filter and air filter all at well below garage or store prices. I think the Spanish depot is in Madrid.
Will let forum know how I get on!
Regards,

El Berlingo

P.S. I definitely do not work for them! Confusedunny::wave:
