Ticking sound from dashboard

Mine ticks also I thought it was something expanding when heating up, only does it when the heat control is on max one the engine gets to temp it stops.

Some Skodas had a similar noise- appears it was flexible ducts inside the dash that was the cause.

Thanks for the tip and info guys. Will talk with the car dealer tomorrow and hopefully they will replace the electric heater.
