How to replace the base part of the roof aerial
#1
The aerial was broken off (at the base) of my '05 Berlingo, I was told they are similar/same design to a Kangoo and the owner told me
“Basically I took parcel shelf out by removing the relevant screws, unclipped the roof liner (held in by plastic push-fit style poppers), you can then unbolt the wire going towards the radio unit and unclamp the base, the antenna topside came loose once the base was undone!
Not a difficult job and maybe only took 20/30 mins. to remove and refit.

OK, I've just put into practise the above and there are a few differences.
Firstly undo the 2 x T* screws that hold the sunvisors in and remove, then pop out the two light in the centre (with a small screwdriver) then there are two more T* screws but these are a bigger size, undo these and there is then a hole just big enough to weedle your fingers in to do the necessary. I purchased a replacement base part to the aerial from my local Citroen dealer for £6.40,
Hope it helps somebody!....Dave
