The rear wiper on my car doesn't work. I checked the two feed wires, and one was live and the other dead when the rear wiper switched on. I would have thought they would both be live as one is for the feed and the other to park when feed removed?
Well, I had a look at the fuses, and where indicated in the Haynes manual - there is no fuse (#25 on the cabin fuses). Have put a 20A fuse in there and it makes no difference.
So, any advice? By the way, the wiper is parked out of position.
If I need to replace - what other cars have the same motor? Saxos? Xsaras?

mmm, ours failed fairly on in our ownership and the motor had to be replaced. think it cost the warranty company over £100 :-(
Good luck, must be a shared unit with ( many?) PSA cars if not other makes too?

Single door. I haven't seen any twin door Multispaces in the UK, however all the ones I saw in Spain have 2 doors....

I've seen one, on a 2009 plate, one of the last mk2 multispaces, not many about though.

Mines not worked since I bought my berlingo, it just makes a sort of grinding noise and doesn't do anything.
Now an ex Berlingo owner, I have a C4

I can't solve it, but I can say that on our Mk 1 Berlingo, the rear wiper failed after 5 or 6 years. I didn't think it was worth fixing, so never bothered. The wiper is still working on our Mk 2 Berlingo, but I rarely use it.
It seems that rear wiper problems are fairly common on old Berlingos.

I think that it is throwman who needs it, not me. (Our Mk 1 Berlingo is no more.)
