How'd you go with the exhaust fitting? I've noticed they're cheap enough to buy - £165-upwards plus carriage.

pritty simple really the manifold i bought was for a 106 kwiksilver and has a sleeve joint where the bracket is so i utilised the sleeve joint and used a few 316l stainless bends to go over the subframe, im trying to put a picture on but it says the file is too big and not sure how to solve that

i've since fitted 2 batteries under passenger seat/floor and wired a 1800w 110v invertor on the bulkhead cage and wired it in and fitted a secondary alternator off a 1.1 with 1 cable exciter and wired it with a battery light on the dash to activate the alternator to charge the auxillary batteries when being used, so i can use my grinders and work lights when doing jobs, ill see if i can figure away round the picture issue and get some pics on

and forgot to say ive also put my gti-6 cyclones on too

Excellent info; many thanks. I've been eyeballing built-in serious inverters for power tools, too.
