hi can anyone tell me if the rubber trim that along the side of a multispace 04 (some are black and some are colour coded ) are they stuck on ? thanks

I would have thought they were stuck on.The manufacturers tend to use the cheapest method.Try prying gently the panel concerned,using a wide lever & protecting the paint underneath(on the panel).Good luck.

You mean the exterior moulding? If so, it's held on with eight or ten push plugs in small plastic sockets.

cheers addo thats good to know i managed to put a bit of a dent in the rear side door nothing much but its anoying me. so ill find another door the reason im asking is because a lot of the cars have black trims and mines silver. i thought that they would be stuck on so thats good.

If the dent is small, surely it would be cheaper to get someone like Dent Doctor to do it.......

Does anyone know how to get these exterior door trims/rubbing strips off without damaging the fixings or trim as I have a 2014 XTR and want to colour code the black trims as they are on the VTR? Thanks.
