I'd imagine the margin on servicing consumables in the UK is fairly thin; beyond a small discount you're more likely to be motivating someone to leave an item off the menu. Even that Citroën one, they don't replace the pollen filter but only check it. Nor do they full flush the brake fluid, with DOT4 this should be done every 24 months or sooner.

The prices in the link are for over 3yrs old vehicles. My Citroen garage charged that for service/mot at 4yrs old last service. I would have thought all Citroen garage service charges were similar. If you want much cheaper you will have to go to an independant who may not do the whole service or use the correct oil. They want the reg to put the van on their system with correct service parts lined up for service. My local Citroen garage is very precise on this, they lay out all the service parts on the bench prior to servicing vehicle.
