...And I thought Citroen were bad !!

Thought, after recent reports, parts of Citroen Customer Service experience were bad as well as a few other car manufacturers, but possible that some satnav companies could beat them ( allegedly ). :whistle: nowadays we hear and read more examples of poor service, is it a change in retailers etc attitude, or are more people just reporting it ?
