I have had a few new cars over the years diahatsu , Vauxhall , ford , skoda , Citroen , Peugeot and none of them are helpful once they have your money ! I get the best deal I can and never go back ! I have a new Honda jazz which I service myself and the local garage stamps my service book for a fiver !

Been to a few different showrooms, owned by same main dealer, although they have been franchised to different car marques. There were indeed variations in how they dealt with my car queries, dependant on which manufacturer they represented on that site. Best service I got was from Skoda and a couple of Fiat franchised dealerships.
Former 2011 Mk3 XTR owner
As I have said in other posts,My local dealer did not impress me at all. After the 1st (free) check,my Berlingo doesn't know Citroen dealers exist.I use a good local independant.
