Forgot to say its a 2003 and the mileage is 114 thousand

Check VERY carefully, the hub flange and inside of the rotor hat; corrosion here is common and induces brake judder. They need to be bright bare metal and then lightly protected with high melting point grease.

Treid that no difference seems to get worse the warmer the brakes get so thinking it could be the discs but the discs are like new that's on it has any1 ever had new discs that have warped in short time like 4 month old

jack the wheel up one at a time and spin it, sometimes you can here it chaffing if its badly warped, and as what addo said if its not been cleaned properly before new discs fitted it can cause this, also have real good look over the tyres, ive seen some delaminating and causing all sorts of problems

if the discs are chaffing that would produce heat which will make them expand and make it more noticeable, I did read its not always the disc, it could be brake pad friction material on the disc after heavy braking, you might notice a pad shape on the disc.
