New owner with a few questions

Hi all, first post in this forum after becoming the owner of a Wicked Red, 10 plate, 110hp model XTR - the wife and I along with the dog are very, very pleased to have joined the growing list of Berlingo owners

I wonder if anyone can answer a few questions for me?

I'm having trouble determining what 'packs' were installed on the car when it was first ordered - If I contacted my local Citroen dealer and gave the Reg No. and/or VIN No. would they be able to tell me what 'packs' the car should have.
The reason I want to know is because a couple of things don't work and I want to find out if they should be working or they were not installed at the time it was built
The two things I'm trying to find out are:-
1. Folding door mirrors
2. Heated seats (all the wiring and elements are in the seats and appear to be plugged in to the loom)
These two items are probably related to my next question

Another question is about one section of fuses in the glove compartment along with an un-used socket - this is probably related to question 1

Am I correct in assuming the the plug-in set of fuses fits the un-used socket

The last question is about the radio/CD controls on the steering column
The volume down button on the stalk is missing and I was just wondering if it is possible to get a new button or would it need a completely new stalk

The lingo came with a 3 year warranty, so I'm going to see if any of the above questions can be covered by that

The large, empty socket is supposed to stay empty.
It's the OBD-II port.

You should be able to hold or pull towards you , the buttons in the upper / bottom rear of right hand stalk for volume up / down.( the stalk directly in front of ignition ).

Thanks for your reply, but I probably didn't explain myself properly. I know where the stalk is and how it works, it's just the volume down button is missing from the stalk - I assume the clips that hold it in had broken before I got the car and was just wondering if the single button was available to replace the missing one

Does anyone know where this set of fuses is on the car - is it part of the main glove compartment fuse box or is it somewhere else.
If it is part of the main fuse box, where on earth is it as I don't seem to be able to find it

Get used to bits falling off it (no offence). The only good thing about mine is the 1.6hdi engine, and that's probably because Ford had an influence.
