I have come across MEHR brand oil filters.Have any of you learned people any knowledge of,or used them? They are 1/2 price of OE.
Your valued input would be humbly & gratefully received.:thumbsup:Confusedcratch:

As the filter also fits the ford and BMW, they are avaliable very cheap from most factors, in top quality brand.
Personally I would only fit Purflux or Mann on these cars ,as they need little encouragement to break Big Grin
OE ones are only about £6 if you know where to look Wink

Considering what can happen to a turbo because of dirty oil I'd go with a major, well regarded brand. Personally I use Mann. Cheap insurance IMHO.

Is that good or bad? Lot's of big mnfrs use foreign factories. My only thought was that, having never heard of them,I was curious.2 years ago I wouldn't have bought Lidl wiper blades, but they have proved to be as good as my previous Bosch blades.

Merely an observation.
