Anybody got the same problem that I have with the lower corner of the sliding door catching the rear wheelarch when opening / closing. It's so close that it's taken the paint off.
My local Stealer is going to have ''another'' go at it, but is there some common defect I can point them at?
The car is a 2010 model with <1000 mile's on it.

Mine is ok, it looks as if the whole door is slightly rewards of where it should be, is the gap between front of rear door & front door larger than the other side? Its not good enough that your garage has failed at first attempt. Email Citroen UK about it & tell them you want it fixed at next attempt. I have found it is always good to keep in touch with Citroen UK, if you email them they will phone you the next day. If they know you are the sort of customer that makes a fuss they tend to look after you.

Thanks for the Heads-Up about Citroen UK. Have you an 'address' for Citroen UK.
Being a convert from Toyota I'm having to relearn about panel gaps and rattles.....
I've checked the panel gap N/S and O/S and the side that touches has a smaller gap between the drivers dooor and the slideing door, than the other side???
I will let the stealer have another 'go' at this, as this time they have (allegedly) booked it into the bodyshop, not just given it to the apprentice / car-cleaner to fiddle with.

Just to update anybody who interested..
The local Citroen stealer in Fareham, Hants has resolved the door alignment, rectified the paintwork and fixed the suspension knocking from the front.http://www.berlingoforum.co.uk/smiliesnew/icon_thumright.gif
Having 'done' more miles in the loaner than our new Berlingo it's like having a new car all over again.
I don't know if the calls I put into Citroen UK helped, but the level of service certainly seemed to ramp up post the call!

Sounds like a good result in the end and worth putting on the pressure with Head Office

If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something.

If you are Down South in Hampshire, Yoemans Fareham sorted the door for me. I don't know who paid, either Citroen UK or the Stealer themselves but they at least fixed it.
If there is no 'impact' damage or obvious damage to the sliders caused by 'stuff' being trapped in the runners when the door is closed then surely it is coverd under the 2 year factory warranty as the slider mechanism must have worn out?
