Camper conversion... kinda
#1
As i work 70 miles from my home i am looking to change the back of my berlingo into a sleeper.

I can get a matress cut to shape and a frame to raise it up so it goes straight over the middle seat when folded down.

BUT..... I cant figure out what to use as heat overnight.

Looking for some ideas if someone can help?

thanks.

Unless you want to get a diesel powered blown air heater installed which would cost several £100s & you have no access to mains electric to use a fan heater or small oil filled radiator then there is no safe way of doing it. I don't think it would be wise to use a small free standing gas heater in such a small space.

Solo? A roll mat diagonally with a 4 season sleeping bag. That's my intention and I wouldn't go to any more trouble unless Mrs was accompanying me but then I'd rather camp.
