Interior lights and multifunction display
#1
Hello guys,

have posted a couple of times previously. was wondering if there are any sites where I can look at the wiring diagrams for a 2004 berlingo 600dx 1.9d van.

Having a bit of trouble with the interior lights and the multifunction display.

Lights: I can only get the interior light to work on opening the passenger door. doesn't work when the back doors or drivers door are opened. I have never come across opening switches that only have one wire going to them. Also, they only seem to carry 3 volts. It does work as a reading light however when the ignition is on.

Multifunction display; the multifunction display has no memory. as in when the car is turned off, the multifunction display resets. have to reset the time and date every time the car starts.

it looks like when trying to fit a stereo, the wally who owned it before me cut through a few extra wires. hence the need for a wiring diagram.

I have been told the multifunction display was connected to the original stereo and i'm assuming that's where it drew its permanent live from??

HELP!!!![/font]

Yep! You're right about the display. The interior lights I believe are BSI controlled so a BSI re-set may be the answer.
