Help needed on a engine
#1
I have got a 1.9TD on a R plate (97) and the engine has blown. I am trying to source another engine but I am unsure of the engine number?
or what other Citroen cars used the same 1.9TD engine that is in my 97 berlingo.

Any help would be great

if it's 1.9 it ain't no TD! it'll be a DW8

plenty of engines on ebay, I'm sure a local breaker would/could source one;

I have phoned a local salvage yard this morning and they have told me I need a D9B engine not a DW8?
Does anyone know the difference between the two?

Ron I will PM you the VIN when I get home from work.

Many thanks
