Dismantling overhead shelf

My Berlingo has developed an irritating rattle up around the front centre courtesy light. It sounds like a screw has fallen out and it slides about and rattles on every corner. Very frustrating - especially on long journeys...

I have tried to remove the courtesy light lens - but cant get in there. I have also tried to take down the overhead shelf. No luck here either. (Removed screws on both ends and visors, but can free it in the middle.)

Can anybody suggest how I might dismantle the shelf and light? Many thanks
