hi
my passenger wing mirror cover LH needs replacing-
would anyone like to suggest the best method?
there is a slot at the base of the cover as if to enter (a screwdriver?) to prise the cover off-
but I am a bit hesitant as I am not sure if this is the correct method-
all help appreciated.

pop the glass bit out, you will see some tabs that need prising a bit to release the rest, you will also need to fold the mirror in to get the bottom bit out, have a couple of flat blade screw drivers to help it off

Hi muftib
A while ago I needed to have my mirror cover resprayed and posted a photo of the mirror with the cover removed. I shows where the slots are that the cover clips into. The bloke at the spray shop used some plastic tools to release the cover. Hope this helps.
