Mark 1 Berlingo. Interior lights do not come on when front doors opened. Investigation showed that no wires are currently connected to either switch in pillars. I cannot see any access to the wiring, even with inside trim removed to try to locate connectors which must have fallen off. Can anyone suggest how I can do this? The hole the switch extracts from is too small to work through. Thanks.
I don't know about the Mk 1 but the Mk2 has the switch incorporated in the door lock.

Get hold of a Boroscope.
some of them even comes with a hook attachment...
Durn things are useful for other tasks, too, such as opening safes you've forgotten the code for, peeking into xmas gifts before the day, and so on...

Mine has press switches in the door close front pillar. Unless they are redundant I thank there are connectors inside the pillar.
