Spring Spruce Up

EX B Gas 2006. Diesel. In a fetching blue, (you know). Is there a reasonable way to tidy up the inevitable scuffs and scrapes on the black plastic bumpers and side trim without resorting to sticky paint on "goo"? I drive up and down bramble lined lanes on most days and they can be a bu^^er on the lower paint work, as can carelessly left half ton lumps of sandstone. Apply a liberal coating of peanut butter , buff to a shine and stand back to admire your handywork :woop:
Take care not to let the neighbours see the jar though :whistle:
Doesn't last forever mind , needs topping up every few weeks , although so does " auto finesse - revive " , a more expensive alternative :thumbsup:

What works a treat on black bumper without using silicon sprays,is shoe polish.

Boiled linseed oil works a treat & lasts about a month.Clean properly first.:thumbsup:
