my berlingo project engine conversion

hi everyone, iv had my berlingo now for 8 months and now decided i want some more power but maintain the standard look, after weeks of research and contacting various companys. iv doing a complete engine conversion from 1.6hdi dv6 to 2.0hdi rhy engine peugeot 306, the peugeot 306 engine is only 90bhp which i know is only 15bhp extra than what iv got, but the 90bhp engine from peugeot 306 is very tuneable unlike the 1.6hdi so this is my plan:

2.0 hdi engine
6 speed gearbox
uprated clutch
straight through exhaust inc de-cat
group n engine mounts
front mount intercooler
electronic boost controller

with all this iv been told i can have a stage 2 remap which would give me rough figures off:

160bhp
370nm

so van is underway now been off road since xmas and old engine is out already, going to finish removing everything this week from engine bay then will give a good clean up and might even repaint the bay in white before fitting new engine.

Is your 1.6 hdi multiplexed? I assume they all are, but never dealt with 1.6's. How do you propose to get the RHY engine wired up? Just asking, as I've recently converted my 2005 M59 Partner from Siemens injection to Bosch (both 2.0 RHY setups) and it was A LOT of work to get everything to work properly.
