Taxi partner project
#1
Hi guys and girls,

this is my Fakelingo

bought her new in January 2013

the day I picked her up

now shes a taxi and a well used one at that, at time of writing she is 1 year and 3 days old and has covered 83 thousand miles so far.

this was her at a couple of months old in factory spec note the snazzy factory wheel trims

I managed to stick by my vow of not modifying her until July 13 but some cheap alloys came my way and I couldn't resist

now I promised that I was leaving it at a set of wheels,

but then a set of shiny new 17" Jordan Rs happened to appear (currently tucked away till the better weather appears)

and today saw some more modding in the form of some additional interior lighting

their ruddy bright

other things fitted are a set of genuine Peugeot wind deflectors and a ezy 9203 ipod connector which was an expensive folly as the headunit is going to be replaced sometime soon.

plenty of plans though the to do list for 2014

Full interior retrim in black nappa leather
a subtle drop 30mm or so
some fettling performance wise dpf and egr delete and some custom mapping

well after mentioning the wheels I got all excited and had to pull them out of storage for a quick look Smile

They are hard wired into the front light so they come on with the switch or doors opening

Bet you will endeavour to avoid all those Glasgow potholes with those wheels, might see that great looking taxi around city centre.
