And this is the other end of the lead - and it's not plugged up to anything????

If you look very closely at the individual wires, they should be marked up with the wire numbers or markings. You might have to strip back a bit of the black sleeving.:thumbsup:

Definitely the alarm....has the siren been removed??

Take a look on eBay for 'Texton Alarm' and you can see pictures of both.

that's what i think but i can see then sirens on ebays connections to see if its the same plug fitting,

Also i think there is something supposed to be in the passengers dash but haven't had the time to pull it all out yet,

Is the any fuses on the bsi for the alarm? as my fob doesnt work with the van for some reason and i have to lock & dead lock it with the key / when i do that all the indicators flash as they should. i then lifted the bonnet so the alarm would go off as there is a plastic sensor under the bonnet that releases when i lift the bonnet but nothing, no siren and no flashing indicators? i thought if the siren was gone then the indicators would still flash?

Tried to see the numbers on the wires after cutting away some of the sleeve but couldnt see any cratch:

Iv found out That texton pic above is the siren , not sure why the alarm isn't working still
