This bolt, are impossible to remove on both sides of my car,
I can remove the nut, from the front, but no way the bolt..
Seems welded.. but question is:
is it just to hit it hard so it slide out, or do i need to screw it out after warming it up? ...before i break anything
'Cus this thing really bothering me.. cus now i'm stucked

If you can apply some heat (oxy or MAPP torch) it will help. Do you also have something like Wurth "Rost-Off" aerosol spray?

Put the nut back on loosely and use a brass rod with hammer to drive the bolt outwards slightly. If you can rotate it then you are making progress. Rotate in each direction to loosen the crud and eventually it will tap out.

No, it passes through an un-threaded hole, with the nut on one side to pull it tight.

Here you can see the bolts: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/170960230779

heh Smile it IS shiny Wink

But finally i jumped on the ball joint today, and it was a hassle. The bolt went out after i applied some anti rust on it (http://www.wd40specialist.com/)
Then the main bolt was stucked, so after a couple of hours i managed to make more space on the swivel hub, and some swearing, and then out, new on in Smile

Usually the swearing is the secret!

This particularly applies when you are caught swearing by someone who should not hear it...

It sure does Wink
patience, and swearing.

Btw, when i was under, i saw that the dust-covers on the "steering brace" - right word? (tecnical English is not my strongest side sometimes.) was getting "rotten" Both sides
Time for a change.
Is it a lot of work?
or adjustments i need to do after finishing the job?

In English, the "steering rack gaiters". I think "joints-soufflets" sounds nicer though.

The driver's side is quite easy, for the passenger side you must stretch the rubber over the steering ram attachment stud. Not an easy task and very likely another to have you using the F- and C-words loudly just as your 80-year-old neighbour is walking past...
