mk1 2007 thats a mk2

if your horn only works when key not in ignition then it will be the black earth wire behind the airbag,will have a bad connection to steering wheel,take airbag off steering wheel,search airbag on here theres plenty of info how to do this ,make good the black earth wire the best way is drill tiny hole next to connection and use a self tapping screw to secure the wire
