Brodit mount
#1
hey all

I have just bought a brodit mount for my berlingo that attaches to the left side of the dash beside the gear stick.

Has anyone fitted one here and noticed any trim rattles once its been removed ? as im worried it may damage the trim in the long run and cause vibrations if I choose to remove it later because I don't like it as I find it hard to get to window control now

I prefer the " wonder holder",a lot cheaper and easy to remove.

Hi,
I've had one of these on my 2012 van since new and no rattles at all. I did remove it at one stage for a week then put it back - no problems at all. Just fit it, it's a quality bit of kit. I have the other windscreen pillar mount as well, for my satnav. Again - no probs, well made!

well after spending 41.98 I have wasted 15.99 as I find the brodit vehicle mount to much of a pain in the ass to operate window controls and the button for my light bars so I have copied an idea off a fellow member and mounted it in the cubby holes

If it is for a SatNav-You can stick a satnav disc onto top of dash without damaging the paintwork etc

nah m8 its for my phone but found official mount to hard to get to window switch so I have made a mounting bracket and attached it to the useless hole in the dash. As for my sat nav I have mounted a satnav disk under the radio and attached it there works a treat.
