Hi again the top left relay is the slow speed control.not sure which colour wire but ground one side of the davies craig thermostat, the other terminal tap into the left relay either 85 or 86, the one...

No it doesn't matter,the 25,30 or 40 amp rating is how many amps it can handle

Hi Maria that fan relay you can get from any auto parts shop. A 30 amp 5 pin spdt. (Single pole double throw relay) Supercheap auto- Tridon Mini Relay - 30 Amp, 5 Pin Price: $16.49 each

Try a new coolant temperature sensor. They're cheap to replace and are responsible for where the temp gauge sits and turns on the fans.like most sensors they can be out of range.
