Van not starting, will turnover but won't unlock via fob, electric windows not working & central locking also not working via button on dash?

It would seem that the cheap LED bulbs that I purchased were not all working, I went through the pack until I found three that work. Multi function display now all lit up again.

Ok I've changed the bulbs and only one is working so I'm assuming that the unit is knackered, do any other units fit or do I have to get the same one?

Ok so once the BSI is replaced with the immobiliser chip from my original unit do the keys need to be paired with the van to enable the central locking to work?
