Problem 2, The actual EGR valve is situated at the back of the engine with a bulkhead behind on the 2.0 HDI so not very easy to get at if you have big arms and hands. (On 1.6, turbo and EGR are at front of engine)
800HDI will probably now step in and tell you all the easy way to do it. I have not even attempted it.
