front end

im new to the forum and just wondering can you put the mk2 berlingo front end on a mk1 berlingo if can any help would be greatfull

Citroen tried it - it looked horrible
Then they made the MK3
It is on my to do list.
But not right at the top

Bodywise, the Mk1 and MK2 are identical in the engine bay and from the front door backwards. You can put a front end of the Mk2 on a Mk1, but you'd needs the inner wings, scuttle, front panel and slam panel from a Mk2 as well as all of the bits that you can see [wings/lights/bumper/bonnet etc].

You're better off just buying a Mk2 if that's the look you want.

maybe he's got dmaage to the front end and has found a Mk2 front end going cheap?

It'll be a lot of work.

found a cheap mk1 and i mean cheap lol theres a scrap yard with a mk2 up the road was thinking of a project Smile
