They were new in March-the nearside dipbeam went on the way home from work this morning -Ive had cheap chinese ebay tack outlive that.

Im trying some nightbreakers next -if they fail quickly too, Ill go back to the original citroen bulbs-Im not playing this game!
It is on my to do list.
But not right at the top

Halfords do heavy duty headlamp bulbs £14.99 for a twin pack, they do the job ok.

I put in Night Breakers just after I bought mine new. They bit the dust after 18 months within a week of each other. I have my lights set to turn on whenever the car is running day or night. I'm on my second set now and they are great. They make the originals look a bit pale.

I have just bought the above off Ebay and are waiting for them to be delivered, i believe they are the latest version of nightbreakers, i have always used halfords extreme brilliance i think they are called and do recommend them but i thought i would have a change as one of mine blew the other day.

After doing a bit of reading on the web it seems that these fancy bulbs dont last as long as a bog standard halogen bulb but if i get about 18 months out of them i will be happy as a much prefer a well lit road ahead of me.

Changed mine just recently on advice from Merlecollins and others who answered the call (thanks again) to night breaker plus from ebay.
I have found them most excellent, got some for my 807 also. I hope they last.
Only thing i found with all the rain we've had, i noticed it is much harder to spot standing water and big puddles in dark and rain than previous standard bulbs. Could just be me not looking properly before!
